The Truth About Eyesight

ree

Most kids aren’t born with bad eyes.

They’re born with congested eyes—clogged with the mucus their mother passed to them in the womb.

If a mother is eating sugar, meat, dairy, eggs, grains, oils, and processed food while pregnant, that waste becomes her blood.

And that blood builds the baby.

So a child is born already congested.

Eyes clouded before they even open.

This isn’t genetics.

This is dietary inheritance.

It’s generational congestion.

And instead of detoxing the child, instead of cleansing their system and training their vision naturally—we put glasses on them.

And that’s the real problem.

Because the eye is a muscle.

It’s meant to stretch.

To focus.

To work.

To adapt.

To get stronger with time.

But glasses disable that process.

They freeze the muscle.

They tell the eye,

“Don’t bother getting stronger—we’ll do it for you.”

So the eye stays weak.

It stops developing.

It becomes dependent.

And now the child’s body believes it can’t function without the crutch.

Giving a child glasses before detoxing their diet is like giving a baby a wheelchair because their legs haven’t walked yet.

You’re not helping them.

You’re preventing their healing.

And this system doesn’t stop with children.

Let’s talk about the adults.

You might’ve made it through childhood just fine.

But after 10, 20, 30 years of mucus-forming food—your eyes started to go.

Blurry vision.

Reading trouble.

Night driving gets hard.

Floaters.

Pressure.

Pain.

Doctors tell you,

“It’s aging.”

“It’s normal.”

“It just happens.”

No, it doesn’t.

What happens is a lifetime of bad food finally reaches the nerves, vessels, and tissues of your eyes.

And then the damage starts showing.

Eye floaters?

That’s waste—sometimes parasites—floating in your eye fluid.

Cataracts?

That’s crystallized protein and toxicity building up on the lens.

Glaucoma?

That’s pressure from lymph that isn’t draining—because your body’s overwhelmed.

Macular degeneration?

That’s the retina starving for blood flow, oxygen, and hydration—while your bloodstream is loaded with junk.

And what’s the solution they give you?

Glasses. Drops. Surgery. More dependency.

But they never tell you the truth:

You can heal your vision.

I did.

I stopped eating the problem.

I stopped sedating my gut.

I stopped swallowing death.

And I started feeding my body what it actually wanted:

Raw, living food.

Hydration.

Simplicity.

Truth.

Watermelon.

Cucumber.

Oranges.

Raw juices.

Mono-meals.

Sunlight.

Stillness.

Your eyes don’t need a prescription.

They need a break.

They need a cleanse.

They need circulation and hydration—not plastic lenses and chemical drops.

You weren’t born to wear glasses.

You were born to see.

But they sold you blindness as normal.

And they sold you correction instead of healing.

And here’s what no one tells you:

Even when you’re 60, 70, 80 years old—your vision is not supposed to degenerate.

You’re not supposed to lose your sight.

You’re not supposed to wear glasses.

Nothing else in nature wears glasses.

And we call ourselves evolved?

If you eat right your whole life—if you avoid mucus, if you live clean—you don’t need glasses. Ever.

The human body is always trying to heal.

It’s not your age.

It’s not your genes.

It’s your habits.

It’s what you eat that blocks the healing.

And the best news?

It’s never too late to start.

Your body remembers clarity.

You just have to stop feeding the fog and let the light return.
